Graphic Designer

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer at Novami, you will craft the visual identity and creative collateral that represents our brand and our clients. From high-impact digital marketing assets and social creatives to brand guidelines and presentation decks, you will set high visual standards across every digital touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching social media creatives, ad visuals, and marketing collateral.
• Develop high-fidelity digital campaign graphics and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and marketing strategists.
• Maintain visual consistency and typography hierarchy across all company and client brand assets.
• Create polished presentation decks, case study summaries, and company communications.
• Adapt designs smoothly across different screen sizes, aspect ratios, and social formats.
• Participate in brainstorming creative concepts, visual directions, and moodboards.
• Manage multiple design deliverables simultaneously while adhering to sprint deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong foundation in visual design fundamentals, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proficiency in industry standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing digital graphic design, marketing assets, or branding work.
• Sharp attention to visual detail, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take constructive design feedback and iterate quickly.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience with motion design, micro-animations, or After Effects / Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and web design constraints.
• Experience creating custom vector illustrations and brand iconography.
• Familiarity with preparing print-ready materials and enterprise brand guideline documents.
